My part arrived damaged or isn't working.
Damaged in Transit If your package arrives with visible damage, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery).
Do not throw away the box or packaging materials.
Take clear photos of the damage to the box and the product.
Email these photos to our support team so we can file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement for you.
Defective Products If you believe a part is defective, please contact our support team for troubleshooting. If the item is deemed defective, we will provide instructions for an exchange. Defective items will be replaced with the same item; we do not offer refunds for defective items, only exchanges.
