Which items cannot be returned?
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned due to the nature of the products.
Electrical Parts We do not accept returns on any electrical components (such as sensors, harnesses, or ECUs). Once an electrical part has been shipped, we cannot verify if it has been shorted out or damaged during an attempted installation, and therefore cannot resell it.
Final Sale and Custom Items
Gift cards are non-returnable.
Downloadable software products or tuning files are final sale.
Custom-made or special-order parts are not eligible for return unless they are defective upon arrival.
