The 30-Day Window Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility Requirements To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following strict conditions:
Unused and Uninstalled: The part must be in the same condition that you received it. We cannot accept parts that have been bolted on, plugged in, or used in any way, as they are no longer considered "new."
Original Packaging: The item must be in the original packaging, including all accessories, hardware, and documentation.
Proof of Purchase: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order number).
If you return an item that does not meet these conditions (e.g., it is damaged, missing parts, or has been installed), we reserve the right to deny the return or charge a higher restocking fee.
